1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through our online shop.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor independent professional activity.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent immediately by email after you submit it. The contract is only concluded upon our express acceptance of the order or upon shipment of the goods.

3. Prices and payment terms

All prices are final prices in accordance with § 19 UStG (small business regulation, therefore without VAT shown).

The available payment methods are displayed during the order process. Payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is available within Germany and possibly to other countries, if specified in the shop.

The shipping method (parcel service or freight forwarding) depends on the size and weight of the goods.

Delivery dates and deadlines are non-binding unless they have been expressly agreed upon as binding.

For goods delivered by freight carrier, delivery will be arranged in advance.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

6. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

7. Liability

GL Living is not liable for damages resulting from improper use. Liability for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits) is excluded.

Any warranties offered can be found on the respective product pages.

8. Custom-made products

For goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs, there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

The relevant products are marked accordingly in the online shop.

9. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not restrict mandatory provisions of the state in which the consumer has his habitual residence.

10. Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR). We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
