The Origin of GL Living
GL Living was born from the passion of a creative and engineering-minded couple from Hanover. It all began when Lena built her own living room table from high-quality travertine. Gerrit was immediately captivated by the unique design and the exceptional choice of material – so much so that he wanted the same table for himself. When they finally moved in together, they faced the decision of selling one of the tables. This moment marked the origin of GL Living, named after Gerrit and Lena's initials.
The two soon recognized the growing demand for their custom-made tables. Motivated by their success and their love of craftsmanship, they continued their education, perfected their techniques, and began searching for even more beautiful stones. Today, GL Living is a unique company and one of the leading manufacturers of natural stone tables.

The designers
Gerrit and Lena – the creative duo behind GL Living – combine their different backgrounds and passions to create unique natural stone tables.
Gerrit is an industrial engineer with a strong understanding of technology and innovation. His precise work methods and attention to detail are reflected in the quality and perfection of the tables he designs and manufactures together with Lena.
Lena, Social Media Marketing Manager with a great passion for interiors, interior design, and craftsmanship, brings her creativity and experience in digital marketing to the company. In addition to her work at GL Living, she also works independently as an influencer, which gives her a special sensitivity to trends and aesthetic details.
Together they combine their knowledge and talents to make GL Living a place for exceptional natural stone furniture that is not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing.
