Shipping & Delivery

 

Depending on size and weight, we ship our products via parcel service or freight forwarding. The exact shipping method will be displayed during the ordering process.

Since our furniture pieces are handmade natural stone products, safe transport is particularly important to us.

 

Things you should consider regarding delivery :

• Check the shipment immediately upon arrival for any externally visible damage to the packaging.

• Photograph the delivery from all four sides (including the pallet, if applicable) before accepting or unpacking it.

• If any damage is visible, have the delivery person note this on the delivery slip .

• Only with appropriate documentation can we clarify any transport damage with the shipping service provider.

 

Should you discover any damage to the goods upon unpacking, please contact us immediately – ideally via our contact form , email (gl.living@mail.de) or Instagram (@GL.Living_). Photos will help us find a quick and easy solution.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your GL Living furniture. Should this not be the case, you can of course exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.

 

Here's what you should know:

• You have 14 days to cancel and return your order.

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs. As a small, independent company, we unfortunately cannot provide prepaid return labels.

• Please pack the goods securely and preferably in the original packaging to avoid transport damage during return shipping.

• We recommend that you take photos of the packaged return shipment – for your own protection.

• After receiving and inspecting the undamaged goods, we will refund the purchase price quickly and easily.

Right of withdrawal

 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us an informal notification by email or post – the main thing is that it is done within the deadline.

After receiving your cancellation and the undamaged return, we will refund all payments already made, including the original shipping costs (standard shipping), within 14 days at the latest.
